Confidentiality

Proof Reading Site agrees to treat all the client's material supplied for proofreading, editing or any other purpose as strictly confidential and shall not use the information other than for the purposes of its business.   We further agrees not to disclose, publish or otherwise reveal any of the information received to any third party whatsoever except with the specific prior written authorisation of the client.

Disclaimer

We take the utmost care with every assignment accepted. It is conceivable that on occasion errors will be missed even though a high level of proficiency has been applied. In each case, having exercised such care, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising by such proofreading. Furthermore we cannot be held responsible for any problems or consequential loss to the client arising as a result of delays by the post; document transmission and correction; computer failure; or errors in the original document be they grammatical or factual. The ultimate responsibility lies solely with the client in every case.

Rate

We work on a flat rate basis but additional fees may be incurred if the work is longer than originally stated.
